I continue to be vigilant about ensuring I do not put myself or clients at risk. Please wear a facemark if you wish or if you have a cold. Hand santitiser is provided in the counselling rooms. If you have any Covid symptoms please cancel your appointment and rebook. Thanks
Cancelling or changing your appointment
Please note that I do require at least 48 HRS NOTICE for any cancellations or changes to appointments. For any missed appointments with less or no notice I will have to retain the fee. For all appointments that are changed within a 48hrs notice period - I will be able to carry your fee over to next session. I understand that sometimes there are inevitable emergencies, please text or message me if this is the case and I will endeavour to help. There is a £5 non refundable booking fee included in your payment ( it is what I am charged to use the booking system).
Venues
I use a number of venues depending on availability. Please check with me which venue I am using for your session and I will forward directions.
Cofidentiality & GDPR
Everything said within our sessions is completely confidential unless I feel that either yourself or someone close to you is at risk of significant harm. In this case I am required to report it and will need to discuss this with you beforehand.
For safeguarding purposes I am legally required to report any suspicion of drugs smuggling, potential acts of terrorism or money laundering.
I do make short notes after each session to help support my work. You have the right to see these notes should you feel it necessary, or I may be asked to produce them in court for legal purposes. Please ask me if you are unsure.
